My name is Holly Madison and I teach 3rd grade at St. Luke’s. I have a B.S. degree from Iowa State University in the science field and I also have a B.A. degree in Elementary Education from Upper Iowa University, with endorsements in reading, language arts, and science. Previously, I taught 3rd grade at St. Theresa Catholic School in Des Moines. I love teaching in a Catholic school and I am so excited to be a part of the excitement of opening a new school in our Diocese!

Our family has been a part of the St. Luke’s community from the very beginning. We stay active in the church by helping out with various committees and ministries. My husband is currently the Deputy Grand Knight for Knights of Columbus and is working on opening a new business in Polk City. I help with high school Religious Education on Wednesday nights, and play trumpet in a band in my free time. We have three daughters, Sydney (9th grade), Olivia (5th grade), and Harper (2 years old).
